Sidebar's Page properties allow changes in paper size and margins;  but when
changing *margins*, alla shapes are resized without any warning !

This shouldn't happen: changing margins from menu  Page->Properties...  
preserves object properties 

(I believe this is an old issue because every now and then I didn't understand
the reason of some drawing measures)
