Rename Organize Dialogs to Macro Organizer

The command "Organize Dialogs" in the Tools tab of the tabbed UI opens the
Basic Macro Organizer dialog box. 
This dialog box allows to organize not only Dialogs, but also Modules and
Libraries therefore the command should refer to the name of the dialog box that
it opens and not only to Organize Dialogs.

Therefore I propose to rename this command to Macro Organizer.
