Description:
Excel 2016 shows wrong values of Data Series when the document is exported and
opened in LibreOffice Calc 6.2.0.0.beta1++

The same happens when the Column and Line Chart is created with LibreOffice
Calc

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Create a new document in Microsoft Excel.
    2. Fill in with text the first five item in the first column
    3. Fill in with numbers the first five item in the second and third column
    4. Select A1:C5 range
    5. Insert Combo Chart
    6. Save the file as XLSX
    7. Open the same file in LibreOffice Calc
    8. Select File and Save As
    9. Name and reload the file
    10. Compare the original file opened in Calc and the exported file opened
in Calc

Actual Results:
Y axis of Column and Line Chart in XLSX documents created with Microsoft Excel
2016 shows wrong values of Data Series when the document is exported and opened
in LibreOffice Calc 6.2.0.0.beta1++

Expected Results:
Y axis of Column and Line Chart should show the same values of Data Series as
the original file opened in Calc 6.2.0.0.beta1++
