In Calc

Media Playback Toolbar opens below spreadsheet/page when inserting/selecting a
media file in Calc/Draw

This was an issue that had been solved for 6.1 but showed up again in the 6.2.

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Open Calc/Draw,
2 - Go to View File -> User Interface -> Select Tabbed,
3 - Insert a media file in the spreadsheet or select said media file,

Result:
Expected - Tab focus moves to contextual Media tab (it happens), 
Unwanted - below the spreadsheet/page the Media Playback Toolbar also appears
(undesired behaviour).
