In Writer

OLE Object Toolbar opens below document when inserting/selecting a Chart in
Writer.

This was an issue that had been solved for 6.1 but showed up again in 6.2.

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Open Writer,
2 - Go to View File -> User Interface -> Select Tabbed,
3 - Insert a chart in the document or select said chart,

Result:
Expected - Tab focus moves to contextual Object tab (it happens), 
Unwanted - below the document the OLE Object Toolbar also appears (undesired
behaviour).
