In the online help
(https://help.libreoffice.org/6.1/en-US/text/shared/optionen/01140000.html)there
are next sentences:
*******************************************************************************
Locale setting
Specifies the locale setting of the country setting. This influences settings
for numbering, currency and units of measure.
The "Default" entry selects the locale setting that is selected for the
operating system.
*******************************************************************************
Should I read it that from operating system only the locale number (or locale
name) is taken but not settings?
