Description:
The color to change:
1. Change the background color.
2. Change the color of the "slider".

Note:
Now only the "vertical scroll" and "horizontal scroll" are left, and the color
cannot be changed.

Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math, Base, all use this design.
