Description:
When I execute add contact command with a decimal number age, the progarm
crashed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the Resource Manager
2. Execute “contact add person 4.3
3. An exception is shown


Actual Results:
The program crashed and a number format exception is shown.

Expected Results:
A message "age cannot be a decimal number" is shown.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
The software needs to do exception handling.
