Thanks for reporting the bug. I'm not sure it's needed to add the version of
the file format, so we don't need to change it (and maybe forget :-) in the
future, I propose:

This document was saved in Excel file format (.xlsx). Some formula cells may
produce different results when recalculated. Do you want to recalculate all
formula cells now?
