Yes, but not only that. 
'ИНФОРМАЦИЯ О ПРИОБРЕТАЕМОМ ТС' 2nd table has a text wrapping of 'around' and
vertical position of 0 relative to 'page'. LO import is wrong.
'ИНФОРМАЦИЯ О ЗАПРАШИВАЕМОМ КРЕДИТЕ' 1st table has also text wrapping of
'around' but vertical position of relative to 'paragraph'. LO import is
correct.
