Sorry for the delay,
I've identified two problems:

* Hidden fields are displayed on MSO Word after RT ( doc )
    - attachment 40533 from bug 31884

* Content is displayed as deleted by the tracking changes after RT ( doc )

    - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=521402
