            Bug ID: 119725
Summary: Can`t open / save documents in folders starting with
                    "unterline"
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.0.6.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: libre-ug at web.de

Description:
OS: Windows 10

Libre Office: Version: 6.0.6.2 (x64)

After updating from Libre Office 5.4.7 to Version: 6.0.6.2 (x64) I can no
longer work with files in my primary folder.

The name of that folder starts with an "underline" like "__Office".
It is not possible to open files for editing, because Libre brings up an error
notice that it is unable to create a lock-file.
Furthermore, Libre Office cannot store files into that directory.
Instead an error message shows up, which says that the file cannot be found.

The directory in question
1. has full rights granted to that user account, system and admin.

Also, Libre Office does not accept a work folder in that directory starting
with "underline" to be set in the general settings.

As soon as I rename the mentioned folder to start with a letter or a number,
everything works just fine as it did in all previous versions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a directory in the root directory and begin the name with an
underline.
2.Create a file with any Office component, e.g., write or calc.
3.Try to save that file.

Actual Results:
Saving of the file is not possible.

Expected Results:
Save the file

Reproducible: Always
