Description:
hi, i have the following problem: 
1. scrolling with a mouse is fine in LibreOffice
2. Scrolling with a laptop keypad is way too fast - so fast it's unusable
3. scrolling with keypad in other programmes is fine, so slowing down overall
keypad scrolling would solve Libreoffice scrolling but would make scrolling in
those other programmes too slow

1. use the keypad to scroll in LibreOffice Writer

Actual Results:
srolling is too fast

Expected Results:
scrolling should be normal speed


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
