Buovjaga, I tried starting from a terminal with libreoffice --safe-mode and
times are still >1m.

With a i7-4790 (8GB RAM), Ubuntu 18.04, LO 6.0.3.2:

safe mode: ~1m40s
normal mode: ~1m37s
NO gtk3 (a11y disabled): ~2s
