Description:
While writing an academic paper recently, I found a large three-line-per-page
difference in the length of my paper, depending on whether I opened it in
5.4.6.2 (too long -- nearly a full page length difference over the full
document) or on 6.0.3.2 (it was exactly meeting the page length limit).

This is very problematic since there are many cases where a strict page limit
is imposed. While circulating a document for collaborative input, it is
important that users, even on different systems, see the same page length.

I have uploaded an anonymised version of the document. To test, open the same
document in different versions and the see difference.

My 5.4.6.2 system is Ubuntu 16.04, with LO from the Ubuntu LibreOffice PPA.
My 6.0.3.2 system is Ubuntu 18.04, with LO installed from Ubuntu repositories.

Perhaps you will need a list of my installed fonts? Not sure how best to
provide that.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open file in 5.4.6.2
2. open file in 6.0.3.2
3. compare document length in both versions, note significant difference

Actual Results:
document was nearly a full page longer on 5.4.6.2. The document was originally
compiled with 6.0.3.2, where it was nicely within an 8-page limit. The limit
appears to be violated on 5.4.6.2.

Expected Results:
page length should be identical for the same document on both systems.
