I've found an issue concerning SD card access using device mentioned in the
summary. 

Despite the fact that LibreOffice Viewer does have all it's permissions
allowed, every time I try to save file to my external SD card, LibreOffice
Viewer refuses the valid and writable path with this message: 

"Unable to create new file, please check entered file
name.android.support.v4.provider.TreeDocumentFile at acff4aauntitled.odt"

I've found some apps can use Storage access framework and the vast majority of
these do not suffer from this issue.
