FILEOPEN DOCX: Long file open and post-processing time after file open

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Monitor time from file open until CPU usage drops back to 'idle'

Actual Results:
2 minutes

Expected Results:
45 seconds or so


Reproducible: Always
