Oh, I'm sorry. I thought that "base" would mean "the core" or so. I'm not a
technician. I am just a great fan of Libreoffice who wants to help in his way.
And now you question:
Yes, I consider this a bug. At least if you want to open a file using
LibreOffice in KDE plasma 5 with global menu. The way things are now that is
impossible.
