Bug ID: 119861
Summary: Cannot change animation effects and categories for
groups of objects
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.0.3.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: medium
Component: Impress
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: gustly at hotmail.it
Description:
Suppose I have some objects, like a text frame, a formula and a picture. I want
to make them disappear in the same way and at the same time.
I can select all of them and add the animation, by clicking the "+" button in
the animation window. Unfortunately, I cannot change the default category
"Entrance", as well as the effects and delay (and other options besides the
"Start" option).
I remember I could do this in a previous version of Libreoffice Impress.
Changing the objects animations one by one is really annoying, please try to
change this...
Thank you for your availability.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create some objects, like a text frame, a formula and an imported picture.
2.Select them all and add an animation for the group.
3.Try to change the category from "Entrance" to other, or change the effect to
assign a common one.
Actual Results:
You cannot change the category or effect or delay to be assigned to all the
selected objects.
Expected Results:
Give be the possibility to add the same animation to a specific group of
objects.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
