This is overcomplicating things.

1) LibreOffice Green is the overarching brand color, which is established,
fully recognizable and distinctive. Using sub-brand colors in this way would
undermine its value. (Damn, I really need to sit down and write a comprehensive
brandbook for our project.)
2) Some help topics are intertwined too much, with some pages under /shared
that relate to the different applications. Using color as suggested here would
be confusing.
