You mentioned (in your duplicate report) that bug 112966 might be related. I
still cannot reproduce it.
When doing your steps (with the text from bug 112966), I did notice an
irregularity in some cases: A1 did not expand to its full height in step 2.
Yet, this was apparently a problem with a corrupt profile as running in Safe
mode fixed it.

Can you try running in Safe mode (Help - Restart in safe mode and then Continue
in safe mode)? If that has no effect, please attach a screenshot of the
problematic wrapping.
