Peter, hope you don't take the verdict on your suggestion personally. We have
to balance the need of many different users. And to send/copy outline to
clipboard is definitely not very common (hope you don't ask me for numbers,
let's better say "likely").

The sidebars have the purpose of easy access to properties, and the Navigator
is used to list the various objects, arrange it, and to jump to their position.
Putting any command there spoils this clear concept.

The good news is that you as a power user can easily modify the main and
context menus. The customization dialog has been revised recently.

Last but not least, LibreOffice is a community project and your opinion is as
relevant as ours from the UX team. So setting the status to REOPEN is okay as
well as convincing a developer to patch :-)
