Justin just did some refactoring of the Draw Tables for bug 117721, while
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/60027/ for bug 102290 will impact Writer
tables here.

Needs testing, but I'm OK to have things moving in this direction. Of course
the documentation will again need to be tweaked.
