It takes a while after pressing save, before the toolbar item a disabled
visually

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 145041
2. Press save

Actual Results:
Saving starts before the visual locking of the toolbar

Expected Results:
Should be happening synchronously



Reproducible: Always
