Reopen it in Gerrit. Ask someone with commit right and dictionary experience
for review. [I'm not involved in dictionaries. You might find persons in the
project:dictionaries overview on Gerrit. Perhaps Tomáš Chvátal? Or ask for
review on the dev mailing list.]
