Description:
A document .docx with a image an a text in a header section has the image
partially hidden by white rectangle in header.

The problem does not occur when opened with Word

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached example file
2.

Actual Results:
The image is not fully visible

Expected Results:
The image should be fully visible


Reproducible: Always
