Description:
I have seen a weird bug on the treatment of a specific .xls file in Libreoffice
Calc 6.1.1.2, and in Libreoffice 5.4. When I open that file it gives me this
option the program shows this screen: https://i.imgur.com/s8zaTdP.png
And, when it finishes opening gives me a blank screen:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to this page and download the file in xls format (old Excel icon):
http://www.generadordeprecios.info/obra_nueva/Actuaciones_previas/Protecciones_provisionales/Aceras_y_bordillos/Proteccion_de_aceras_y_de_bordillos.html2.
Open the xls file
3. This is the bug 

Actual Results:
Blank cells

Expected Results:
Cells filled with info 


Reproducible: Always
