Description:
Base level memory usage for empty Writer document +/- 200 MB in OpenGL mode

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer in OpenGL mode and look at the mem usage 220
2. Open
https://documentation.libreoffice.org/assets/Uploads/Documentation/en/GS6.0/GS60-GettingStartedLO.odt
& scroll down -> memory usage will increase to 500 600MB
3. Close -> Memory usage still around 300 MB

Actual Results:
220 MB mem usage as baseline

Expected Results:
Hard to say.. but 160-175 MB on launch of Writer


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
