document to switch to chapter numbering

Open attached document. It has a paragraph style "MyHeading". This style is set
to Outline Level 1 with associated list style "Numbering ABC".
Goto Tools > Chapter Numbering.
Select style "MyHeading" for level 1.
==> Crash
