            Bug ID: 124589
Summary: Editing formula with cross-tab content is broken
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.1.5.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: bruce at kaskubar.org

Description:
Calc allowed "live" editing a formula with content from tabs other than the
edited cell's tab by navigating to them and selecting cells. Versions 6.1.5.2
and 6.2.2 appear to stop the cell edit as soon as another tab is selected. True
with in-cell editing and without, with slight difference.

Steps to Reproduce:
In-Cell Edit
1. select an empty cell
2. type "="
3. select another tab
4. select a non-blank cell
5. hit "Enter"
6. go to original tab and cell
7. see nothing but an "="

Edit in Formula Bar
1. select an empty cell
2. type "=" in formula bar
3. select another tab
4. select a non-blank cell
4x. see step 4's cell ID added to formula bar
5. hit "Enter"
6. go to original tab and cell
7. see nothing in it

Actual Results:
Ended with invalid or empty formula iin version 6.1.5.2 and 6.2.2.2

Expected Results:
Previous versions would allow completion of a formula with selections from
other tabs

Reproducible: Always
