Description:
In the new version of LibreOffice, when I try to write the "Apostrophe" ('), it
appears the › sign. I'm using the Swiss french keyboard layout on linux mint
19.1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On Libre Office Writer, with the swiss french keyboard layout. 
2.Try to write the apostrophe (')
3.Result: it appears the › sign.
