This Image is from Kubuntu 18.04 Impress 6.0.7.3 and works perfectly

I would point out that this is a new bug which affects Kubuntu 19.04
Libreoffice Impress 6.2.2.2. This shows what I would expect from Impress
6.2.2.2.  But I get nothing like this which is shown in the next image.
