How did you try?

If I click the triangle next to "libreoffice - 1:6.1.5~rc2-0ubuntu0.18.10.1~lo3
(Newer version available)", I see the list of built packages and it includes a
whole lot of dbgsym packages.

So why not install at least

libreoffice-core-dbgsym and libreoffice-impress-dbgsym ?
