Bug ID: 124792
Summary: Find function in Writer Variables
Product: LibreOffice
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: brunonar at gmail.com
For conditional texts it would be great to have a Find function to know if a
text is a variable's subtext. For example, I could write a
=find(",";my_variable) OR find("and";my_variable) formula to know whether use
plural.
