I can't see a difference, attached picture shows behaviour with LO 6.1.4.2.

Could you please check settings in Menu Tools/Options.../LibreOffice
Writer/Table

Input in Tables
[ ] Number recognition
  [ ] Number format recognition
  [ ] Alignment

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
