Hi!

Could you please clarify, if LibreOffice actually installs, so that its folder
is present in Program Files, with necessary files in it, and you can launch
LibreOffice 6.2.3 from there by double-clicking soffice.exe - and the problem
is that there's no shortcuts on desktop/in start menu? Or is the problem that
LibreOffice fails to be installed completely, with last installer screen
telling "The wizard was interrupted before LibreOffice 6.2.3.2 could be
completely installed"?

Could you please try to stop Windows Update service manually prior to
installation (using command line `net stop wuauserv` as administrator), and
re-try?

I suspect this to be duplicate of bug 124794.
