If not clear from the description, my idea was to have additional spaces around
the '&' separator for readability:
Instead of
h/L&3.1373&5&10&15&20&25&30&35&40&45&50&55&60&65&70&75&80&85&90&95&100&Max
0&0&11&26&39&52&64&74&83&91&92&91&87&82&75&67&57&47&37&25&13&0&92
10&0&10&24&38&50&62&73&82&90&92&91&87&82&75&67&58&48&37&26&13&0&92
...

I'd prefer
h/L & 3.1373 & 5 & 10 & 15 & 20 & 25 & 30 & ... & Max
0 & 0 & 11 & 26 & 39 & 52 & ... & 92
10 & 0 & 10 & 24 & 38 & 50 & ... & 92
