Description:
Lag during opening of libreoffice on windows timed it at 7 minutes and 20
seconds to open on Version: 6.2.3.2 (x64). Despite un-install and install
process same problem occurs.. not sure if it caused by Add ons..

Actual Results:
Install Version: 6.2.3.2 (x64) on windows 10

Expected Results:
lagging start of libreoffice Version: 6.2.3.2 (x64)


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
