            Bug ID: 124977
           Summary: Cannot open remote file
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.0.7.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: nl at paul-sommer.de

Opening a remote file from a Windows share doesn't work.

When I select "File->open remote" I get a popup with the completely useless
message: "Nonexistent file"

When I edit the service (a windows share) the "host" field always contains
this: "https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v2".
After entering the correct ip-address of the server (either in the form
nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn or //nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn), clicking "OK" and opening the "edit"
again the "host" field still contains that Google address.

btw. When clicking "help" on that edit dialog it tells me that local help is
not installed and offers me to read the online help. When doing so, the browser
comes up a local file
(file:///home/paul/.cache/kioexec/krun/1719_0/latest/index.html) that doesn't
exist.
