Sounds reasonable to me; assuming we have developer / UX work to polish the
tabbed Notebookbar enough to make this attractive. Worth watching where
Windows10 goes - and whether we end up with an expectation for single-line
tabbed toolbars: which are technically simpler, and look better too I think.
