Description:
Problem detectet on :
W10 X64
LO Version: 6.2.4.2 (x64)
Build-ID: 2412653d852ce75f65fbfa83fb7e7b669a126d64

Problem description :

Today i desinged a Template for driving cost returning. i create a writer
document with a lot of form textboxes. inside of LO i can enter value in the
textboxes and all be fine. but after export to pdf the starting point of
cursor, in the multiline textboxes, is in the vertical middle of the box and
the second line is scrolling outside. This isnt the same as inside of LO. where
is the problem ? I can send you the original odt file and the pdf to check the
problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create writer document
2.add multiline textboxes (Form textbox)
3.export dokument to pdf (non PDF-A for editable pdf)

Actual Results:
after export to pdf : the top border of multiline textboxes is to big and the
second line is scolling out because this border and line distance are bigger
than inside of LO.

Expected Results:
Same view and behavior as within LO

Reproducible: Always
