Description:
Macro for image insertion give's me error 423 on line : 38
I guess file is created on Microsoft office and it's working on it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the file ''rapport_verification_precisiondebitmetres.xlsm''
2.Go to TAB: ''Rapport de vérification''
3.Fill the case '' Line 11, case ''O'' with number ''1''
4. Line 142: clic on ''Image 1''


Actual Results:
Observe the opening of the VBAProject - Libreoffice basic Error:
-Basic error 423 GetOpenFilename on line 38

Expected Results:
Be able to insert picture on the file
