English spell check also showing junk / irrelevant suggestions

type "mn" in English and you will get irrelevant spelling suggestions like AI,
HP, Sun, UX, Xen on right click.
Checked using Version: 6.2.5.2 (x64)
CPU threads: 1; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US
