1. Open attachment 140698 [details]
2. Look at the page count 389 (scroll down to verify)
3. Press CTRL+ENTER 4 times (at the initial cursor position on file open; so on
the first page)
5. Look at the page count 389 (scroll down to verify) (re-layouting starts
slowly) (403/405 pages) -> after adding 4 pages?
