Clarifications: 

- Alt is not special in this case. Any key press that does not activate a
command followed by moving the cursor will cause the hotkeys to become
highlighted. 

- "L" is not the shortcut for inserting a column to the left on 6.2.5.2 (it is
"B" for "Before").
