Description:
I did the Custom Install over the previous install and didn't change any
options other than the previous install. In the tab Help - About LibreOffice,
the previous version number still appears. In the Windows Control
Panel\Programs\Programs and Settings, the previous version number still
appears.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Custom Install
2.didn't change any options other than the previous install
3.look tab Help - About LibreOffice
4.look Control Panel\Programs\Programs

Actual Results:
the previous version number still appears.

Expected Results:
When Custom Install over the previous installation and not changing any options
other than the previous installation, on the tab Help - About LibreOffice, the
version number of the new installation should appear. In the Windows Control
panel\Programs\Programs and Settings, the version number of the new
installation should appear.
