RESPONSE TO IMPROPER BILLING AFTER PAYMENT2.doc: highlighting areas noted in
comment 13 where the copyright message exists

This seems to be an inherit difference with how LO handles draw shapes. If the
text does not fit inside of the shape, it just spills out all over the place -
which is what we see with the rotated text on the left.
The text in the extreme top and bottom right is imported as a frame - where the
text does not spill out.
