Description:
For example click `Table` in Menu, `Insert table` and choose a table with only
1 column. The right border does not appear.
Or select a cell with 4 borders, click `table properties` and in `Borders` tab
is missing 1 or 2 borders. If I change again the colour of border, the colour
remains the one before.
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
In `table properties` the borders is not showing likewise in document
Expected Results:
In `table properties` the borders must be the same as in the document
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
