Where do I find version 6.4? 

Mine is:

Build ID: 5896ab1714085361c45cf540f76f60673dd96a72
CPU threads: 8; OS: Mac OS X 10.13.6; UI render: default; 
Locale: hr-HR (en_HR.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded

and it says that it's up to date.

Maybe you didn't notice, I use LibreOffice on Mac OS X...
