Description:
If i open in google docs it show good, but in libreoffice have problem

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open document
2. Compare in libreoffice and Google docs (or may be other)


Actual Results:
Footer image in second page

Expected Results:
Footer image on first page


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
